TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation will be confirmed by paying a deposit according to the following conditions.
The client will receive email confirmation of both the reservation and the deposit.
Should the client fail to appear on the day of the reservation, the full amount of the deposit guaranteeing the reservation will be forfeited.
The entire rental sum, not including the deposit, must be paid upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash, or by one of the following credit cards: Pagobancomat, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Visa, V Pay, Union Pay, Moneta, or Diners.
By making a reservation, the client authorizes the use of his or her private data exclusively in relation to the reservation and stay in accordance with law D. Lgs. 196/2003 on the protection of privacy.
The rates include: typical domestic energy consumption, air-conditioning, bed and bath linens, wi-fi connection, the use of the dishwasher, iron and ironing board, housekeeping (for stays of longer than three days), final cleaning, and breakfast.
The rates do not include: the city of Rome’s tourist tax (€ 2,00 per person per day), the use of the washer/dryer, special cleaning upon request, nor anything else not explicitly stated in the list “rates include” above.
