Guests may enter the suites from 14:00 onward.
They will be provided with the keys and information on the rooms.
In the Residence you will find useful addresses and points of interest in the area.
A map of the city and the Metro will also be provided.
Bus and Metro tickets are available for purchase.
Guests must provide valid identification.
The rooms, bed and bath linens are respectively cleaned and changed every three days.
An iron is available upon request.
A BOSCH washer-dryer is also available for a fee.

In the suites’ spacious kitchens you will find everything you need for the perfect morning wake-up: a NESPRESSO coffee machine, selection of TWININGS tea, sugar, biological marmalades, breakfast biscuits and croissants.
Guests must check-out by 12:00. Luggage may be left in the Residence – we only request that you ask prior to doing so.
Tourist guide available in English – French – Spanish.
Body massage (lymphatic drainage).
Italian cooking courses in both Italian and English.
I authorize the handling of my personal data in accordance with Italian data protection Law.
Reservations must be confirmed in advance with a credit card.
The reservation deposit will be kept if the guest does not arrive and will not be reimbursed.
Full payment is to be made upon arrival.
